"We had our new front door installed by New Erra Doors this summer. Not only did we get the best value for our dollar, but the doors look beautiful. The installation was done professionally and this company stands behind their finished product. We highly recommend hiring New Erra Doors for your custom door installation."
- Lynda & Michael
As a discerning buyer, who is considering the purchase of a custom wooden door, for your home or business, the cost is probably going to be one of your first concerns. While a price estimate can be formally and quickly calculated using standard unit sizes, costs, height, width and total square footage measurements -- the price of a handcrafted wooden door doesn’t come close to reflecting its true value and overall contribution to your home’s curb appeal.
Remember: You’re Not Just Buying a Door -- You’re Commissioning a Work of Art.Lending character and sophistication to your home, New Erra doors are purposeful pieces of craftsmanship, design, and artwork that can be tailored specifically to add a unique air to any décor and complement any architectural style. We specialize in creating and hand-crafting only the highest quality, one-of-a-kind wooden doors.
Because we understand and appreciate the importance of a home’s entrance, our doors are always crafted, designed, and hand-carved on both sides. After all, why should visitors be the only ones who get to see its richness and beauty from the outside? With our doors, you can enjoy and appreciate the door like the commissioned artwork it is --from the comfort of inside your home.
If a New Erra Door isn’t your first door – it will definitely be your last. Quite simply, our doors are built to last. We adhere to the highest industry standards and use only quality materials. By using a 2 1/4 inch thick laminate construction -- ½ inch thicker than most competitors -- our craftsmen are able to glue three pieces of solid, stain grade, lumber together to make our doors substantially stronger and more resistant to warping and cracking. They are designed to withstand the most adverse conditions thinkable, whether brought on by time, man, or Mother Nature.
Our doors come with a one-year workmanship guarantee and we’ve found in our 10 years in business, that we’ve never needed to offer a longer guarantee. That’s because we have never been called by a customer to replace a door due to structural defects. On occasion, we will fix or maintain the finish of their existing New Erra door or make minor adjustments to the doors operation as part of the contract price.
New Erra Doors are built to help protect you from the worst Florida (or any other state) has to offer, be it hurricane force winds, tornadoes or torrential rains. They are also strong and stable enough to resist the ravages of extreme heat and humidity. Meeting the strictest of Florida building codes, New Erra Doors have been tested and approved for coastal use.
